Where are Manu Atelier products manufactured?
All our leather goods and footwear are handcrafted in our own atelier in Istanbul, Turkey, using traditional techniques and premium Turkish and Italian leathers.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers like DHL and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my Manu Atelier leather bag?
To maintain the quality of your leather, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for cleaning and storing the item in its provided dust bag when not in use.
Are duties and taxes included in the checkout price?
For orders outside of the EU and Turkey, duties and taxes are generally not included and may be collected by the courier upon delivery according to your local customs regulations.
