At Manu Atelier, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original dust bag and branded box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
